Noire Productions, Inc., a non-profit organizations, proudly announces open registration
for the Mr. & Miss Teen Essence of North Carolina Scholarship competition.
Talented African-American teens 15 to 18 years old from throughout NC are invited to apply.
The teens will spend 3 days(August 4-6)
in the Capital City, Raleigh, NC, doing tours, seminars, and rehearsals
leading up to the main event on Saturday August 6, 2005 @ 7:30pm.
